Well that's all past us and now, most of us will be preparing to return to work,and maybe, wondering how you are going to lose all those extra kgs that have slowly and sneakily added on!

So here's the first in a series of posts that i have for you.
#1..limit stress.... get in a good nights sleep!
Eating right and exercising regularly, helps ward off stress & belly fat, but only if you are getting enough sleep. hormones control the way our bodies store fat.
#2...Do crunches regularly
To get more toning from this classic exercise do it on a exercise ball.Swiss Balls are specifically designed to force your nervous system to increase muscle activation. also try planks.
#3...Walk seriously
shorter high intensity workouts had a drop in 20% fat in deep abdominal fat after 3 months. aim for about 2-3 weekly sessions of about 30 mins each.
#4...Do regular weight training
do weights balancing on one leg. do lunges.work your abs and tone the rest of your body, while doing overhead weight exercises.
#5...Do intense cardio.
Vigerous aerobic exercises, such as fast walking or jogging,is great for blasting belly-fat.Combine it with a total body weight training routine, and you'll boost results and firm your midsection even more.
