I hope you are doing well, & a little bit more inspired than these lovely ladies below …who I’m sure are……

& would rather have abs like
|     Muffin top,barge handles   or Abs !!!!,  We all want to know how to lose those love handles and I am here to help   you lose those ugly bulges attached to your hips, trim your waist down and   keep it off forever. Unfortunately each and every   person accumulates excess fat in different ways and throughout different   areas of the body and although men are prone to this,women are  the most common to experience love handles like this.  I’m sure sure by now you have come to the realization that there is no magical way to lose weight only on your hips, so we have created an overall workout regime that will melt away your hip fat as well as the excess fat throughout the rest of your body. You need to develop & maintain   a routine of at least 30-45minutes of cardio activity four times a week. This   can be used as the warm up to your strength training exercises or done   completely separately, that’s totally your choice. I have discovered that   Crunches are a way to eliminate hip fat and there are several variations that   can be applied; this also develops lean muscle and burns out of the excess   fat from your body.  |    
Exercise tips
Basic crunch….. Should be your beginning where you complete 10-20 repetitions and focus on the ceiling to prevent any strain on your neck or back. 
Twist crunch…………… This is the same as the basic crunch except when you are going up, twist towards your left leg, and then lower. Repeat the right side and you are working abs the muscle groups that surround your hips and burning fat in the most effective way.
Add some weights as you develop strength or even try the medicine ball………..Hip fat is stubborn & can be tough to lose but be patient and work those muscles. Start losing that hip fat today and begin  that new healthy lifestyle, dropping those clothes sizes you never imagined possible, but only dreamed of!! 
Cycling…...…. is a wonderful exercise and also very enjoyable, and a small work out 3-4 times per week will give you significant results, however each session should last for at least 20-30 mins. 
Remember, abdominal exercises are not the sole answer for losing those ugly muffin tops, it requires a combination of cardio and strength training, & most importantly combined with a healthy diet. Moderate Exercise without a change in your diet, produces only half the result!
